timer JEE Main-like Test Environment
The test series is a series of mock tests for JEE mains, professionally made by the students of IGNITTE, the teaching club of NIT Trichy. This test is the first one of the test series.
This test can be attempted on the 20th of February or the 21st of February, at any time as per your convenience.
This test is divided into 3 sections (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics). The duration of the test is 3 hours and has 75 questions, with equal weightage given to physics,chemistry and mathematics.
Once you start the test, it will start with 25 questions of any one of the subjects. The 25 questions will consist of 20 MCQ questions and 5 numerical based questions.
The marking scheme for the MCQ questions is as follows:
+4 marks for a correct answer, -1 mark for an incorrect answer and 0 mark for an unattempted question.
You are supposed to choose the option which is the most appropriate one.
The marking scheme for Numerical based question is as follows:
+4 marks for a correct answer and no negative marking for an incorrect answer.You can enter the integer in the given space. In case, your answer is in decimals, round it off to 2 digits.
There will be a timer on the top right corner of your screen- which will start with 180 minutes available for you.
You can attempt any section first according to your convenience by switching between the pages for each subject. This tab will be available at the top-centre of the website as Previous and Next buttons.
Once you have finished all the sections, you will get your score, along with the solutions, after the due date.
